Once dispatched our couriers aim to deliver your order in 2 to 5 working days

No we do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers. However our payment providers may give you the option to do this. You should refer to their own terms of service for more information.
No. We are are not required to charge VAT
We only deliver to the UK at the moment.
Ideally yes however this isn’t always possible. You will always be notified if this isn’t the case and seperate tracking numbers and links will be provided for each individual parcel.

Unfortunately orders cannot be amended but you may be able to cancel your order and submit a fresh order with the correct products.
Yes, Our websites product pages will indicate if the item is a preorder item. We aim to dispatch all pre orders within 7 working days.
